English Boot Camp

I am finally set on the dates and most details for the first "English Boot Camp" this fall in October.  About 20 of us will go to the mountains of Japan to study intensive English. We will study everything from pronunciation, listening, grammar, reading, writing skills, TOEIC, watch English movies, debate, business conversation etc.  We will have workshops, and discussion groups.  Four other teachers will help me teach and we will divide the students and teachers into 4 teams.  The red blue yellow and green teams and play games challenge each other and learn from our mistakes. There will be TV monitors around our area with English TV and music playing.   People will not be aloud to speak in Japanese.. If students are caught speaking Japanese they will lose a ticket.  All fun and games...  Losing tickets hurts your team.. I can not give all the details of the event now but there are many more challenging and fun things planned.  After Boot Camp there is a 4 month follow up with your team and your teachers and myself.  The students will likely dream in English by the 3rd day.   If all goes super as planned I hope to make it an annual event.    Details will be posted in my main site at www.scottperry.jp The planning has already begun and will continue up until start day in October.  It will be a be life changing.... 2012年秋にスコット先生主催の"イングリッシュ・ブートキャンプ”を開催します。日本の山岳で開催するキャンプは発音はもちろんのこと、リスニング、文法、リーディング、ライティング、TOEIC対策などをはじめとした英語全般をしっかり集中的に学習し、洋画鑑賞や、ディベート、ビジネス英会話なども取り入れたキャンプを企画しています。3日間のキャンプにはスコット先生の他、4名のネイティブ講師の方もいらっしゃいます。グループ/チームを組んでのゲームや対抗戦などで楽しみながら英語を学べる時間もたくさん予定しております。キャンプの後は4ヶ月に渡るフォローアップサポートもご用意しておりますので、グループ/チームの他の生徒さんや、講師の先生、そしてスコット先生とキャンプ後もしっかり復習・応用が学べます。
